As Season 3 begins in the League of Legends community, we start it off right with another cash prize tournament.
Create a 5's team that will be paired against more then 50 other players! Your team will attempt to match skills against players with ELO's all across the board, and now with League having over 100 champions, bans will be more difficult. Make sure to do your research on your opponents to know exactly which champs to ban!
You'll be playing 2/3 rounds with each opponent. It's double elimination so if your team has a bad match you'll have one more chance to pick up the slack and win the tourney!
This tournament is scheduled for January 11th @ 8:30 P.M CST
And will continue January 12th @ 7:30 P.M CST for semi finals and finals rounds.
Awards will be given on Sunday January 13th @ 2:00 P.M CST
The entree fee per team is $25 dollars ($5 per player)
There will be a MINIMUM of 10 teams.
Payouts will be winner take all (all being 80% of all entrees minus Paypal fees which is about 2.5%)
entrees will be paid through Paypal. and Awards will be sent back through Paypal. It's easy to set up, if you have questions just ask us.
We will have each player set up for our leaderboards to start your rewards cards.
It's up to each team to elect a team captain who will handle recording each match score. (take screen shots or record it with LOL recorder)
There will be a thread where you post match scores and we will set up brackets for new pairings after each team has finished it's match.
Because the second half of the tournament isn't until Saturday night, we advise you to use your time Saturday morning to practice as much as possible.
